Monday: Leg Day LOW BODY FOCUS!
Strengthening our quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes with added balance focus..

Tuesday: Arm Day
UPPER BODY FOCUS!
All standing movements strengthening our arms with hand weights. Increasing workout by adding more REPS/SETS

Wednesday: Rest, Stretch or Walk
It’s important to allow our bodies rest so that our muscles and recover. Take time today to choose rest, stretching, or talk a walk.

Thursday: Core Day
Our core is made of our abdominals, glutes, and back muscles stabilizing our entire body moving us in any direction and aiding in our balance.

Friday: Arms + Core
ARM & CORE FOCUS!
Let’s combine our strength building moves today working our arms and core.

Saturday: Total Body at Studio
I’ll see you in class!

Sunday: Rest, Stretch or Walk
Find extra rest in Jesus today. Repeat our stretching class or take a few moments for our meditation and breathe.
